Diaphragm

If your Pro-Audio,DJ speaker, or home device is flat sounding and not producing clear higher frequencies, you may have a compression driver with a blown or damaged diaphragm. With a new diaphragm installed we can restore your speaker’s audibility and clarity, and have you ready for the next gig without having to purchase a whole new driver. Your home speaker may require the same if the tweeter is serviceable. These require certain installation procedures and test equipment to assure that the parts are in proper alignment, otherwise the repair might be short-lived. We will bench test your device to be certain that the driver is the problem. We will remove the old diaphragm, clean the voice coil gap to assure there is no debris or foreign objects in there. Then, we will install and align the new element, and sweep test it.
